    When you decide to move forward, we ask you for a current payroll report that contains this information:

    1. employee full name
    2. gross annual salary (estimated for hourly)
    3. W4 dependents (deductions)
    4. state of residence
    5. marital status
    6. birthdate
    7. pay frequency
  • 4. Begin Your WIMPER Benefits Journey

    1. See your personalized employee breakdown of benefits.
    2. Sign your contract for services.
    3. Experience a "mock-payroll" where we demonstrate your savings. (Remember this is no net cost and no change to take-home pay).
  • 5. Realize Savings and Benefits

    • Within 30 days of signing, you should begin to see your FICA tax savings.
    • Employees are able to use their preventative medical app, and see their contributions to the Whole-Life Insurance policies.
  • 6. We Manage Enrollment and Compliance

    1. We will contact you monthly to determine if you have any employees to add to the program.
    2. We are always here for your questions.
    3. We take care of the administrative work so you don't have to.
